Job description:
Responsibilities around:
Strategic Direction for Testing across the London and GTS Salesforce Instances
Oversight over QA Leads and Testers aligned to Salesforce applications across the instances
Being the last line of defence for the delivery quality validation against business requirements
Promoting good standards both internal and external to the technical delivery streams
Promote and Grow the use of Automated Testing Tools across your teams

QA Test Lead: Oversight for all Testing for one application within the LII or LMRe Salesforce technical delivery area
Be part of the Sprint Delivery Squad within an application area
Promote good standards for testing
Oversee all test planning and delivery aligned to specific business requirements
Engage with the technical team during Sprint Planning, Delivery and Quality assurance phases
Work on the introduction of automated testing tools across your area
1) Create test processes and maintenance of product's quality

6) Test documentation creation
7) API testing
8) SOQL databases management
9) Test management tools using (Postman,Jira,PractiTest)
10) Agile methodology using
11) Strong SF knowledge

Project activities:
Salesforce Technical and Business Testing across a diverse landscape of change for the LII business. Be able to work as part of a Technical Agile Delivery Team using Jira as the main tool for documenting requirement and status. Must have good communication skills, understand and question requirements and have the ability to document clear conditions and test against them.
