We are seeking a skilled and motivated Salesforce Developer with extensive experience in Apex and Lightning Web Components (LWC) to join our dynamic development team. The ideal candidate will work closely with business analysts, administrators, and other stakeholders to design, implement, and maintain custom solutions on the Salesforce platform.

You will be responsible for writing Apex code, creating custom Lightning Web Components (LWC), integrating with third-party systems, and ensuring the system runs smoothly. A strong understanding of Salesforce best practices and programming principles is essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Apex Development:
  Write and maintain Apex classes, triggers, and batch jobs to automate business processes and workflows.
  Optimize existing Apex code for performance and scalability.
• Lightning Web Components (LWC):
  Design, develop, and maintain custom Lightning Web Components (LWC) to enhance user interfaces and improve the user experience.
  Ensure proper integration of LWCs with Apex, Salesforce data models, and other services.
• Salesforce Customization & Configuration:
  Customize Salesforce pages, objects, and workflows to meet business requirements.
  Collaborate with business teams to understand their needs and translate them into scalable Salesforce solutions.
• Integration:
  Integrate Salesforce with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, Middleware tools, and other integration technologies.
• Testing & Debugging:
  Perform unit testing of code and features using Salesforce tools.
  Debug and resolve issues in the application, ensuring the highest quality and performance standards.
• Collaboration:
  Work closely with business analysts, admins, and project managers to ensure timely and efficient delivery of solutions.
  Participate in code reviews and provide guidance on best practices to other developers.
• Documentation:
  Document technical designs, code, and application configurations to ensure maintainability and scalability.

Required Skills:

• Technical Skills:
• Strong experience with Salesforce Apex programming.
• Proficiency in Lightning Web Components (LWC).
• In-depth knowledge of Salesforce data models, security models, and application architecture.
• Experience with REST/SOAP APIs, Apex Web Services, and external integrations.
• Familiarity with declarative features of Salesforce (Flow, Process Builder, etc.) is a plus.
• Experience:
• At least [3] years of experience as a Salesforce Developer.
• Proven track record of delivering complex solutions on the Salesforce platform.
• Experience in Agile development methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, etc.).
