Job Description

Are you a certified Salesforce professional with a knack for solving problems and optimizing customer care solutions? We're seeking a Salesforce Consultant to act as the Subject Matter Expert for our Salesforce platform, supporting enhancements, resolving incidents, and driving impactful projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for the Salesforce platform, ensuring effective support and enhancements.
  • Oversee and resolve application issues and incident tickets with a focus on delivering timely solutions.
  • Deliver best practice solutions for functional changes using Salesforce configuration or development.
  • Conduct technical analysis for application issues and change requests, ensuring alignment with business goals.
  • Collaborate on projects within your area of expertise, including customer care solutions and customer communication management.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce in client management, with a focus on customer care solutions.
  • A minimum of two Salesforce certifications, including Salesforce Certified Administrator. Ideally, you also hold the Salesforce Platform App Builder or Salesforce Certified Service Cloud Consultant certifications.
  • Proven ability to gather business requirements and translate them into actionable system capabilities.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills, enabling collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
