Sales Team Leader - Agri-Tech. Shropshire/Hybrid working

This well-established company has already achieved success in its home market, and now the focus is on driving further growth in the UK. Their innovative product not only supports farmers but also provides practical solutions for everyday livestock management.
We are looking for a Sales Team Leader who can drive the right team behaviours through performance management, mentor a growing team, and play a key role in the company's UK expansion.
The Ideal Candidate:
You will be a proactive sales professional with strong leadership skills and a passion for agriculture. You should have experience in sales and ideally leadership/mentoring, with the ability to motivate and develop a team. You must also be within a commutable distance of Shropshire. A background in livestock farming would be advantageous, but full product training will be provided.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead, mentor, and support a growing sales team
• Drive sales performance and convert new leads
• Provide coaching and development to team members
• Offer product advice and troubleshooting support to customers
• Assist customers with onboarding and system transition
• Promote and drive app usage
• Manage the customer renewal process
• Gather customer feedback to help refine the product
• Attend industry events and trade shows
• Work from the office at least twice a week
Requirements:
• Proven sales experience, ideally in a team leader, mentoring, or managerial capacity
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a sales team
• Experience in or an understanding of the agriculture/livestock sector is beneficial
• Ability to manage your own diary while also supporting your team
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Must live within a commutable distance of the Shropshire office
