Your new role
This is a newly created Sales Support/Product/Project Manager position, exclusively registered with Hays. We are looking for an individual who can work with customers alongside the sales team by demonstrating new products and software, creating proposals, providing face-to-face customer service and contributing to the overall success of the business. This is NOT a sales position. You will be involved in product training and support, putting the customer first and working with some large blue chip companies. There will be the opportunity to work with customers remotely and on-site. (A driving licence is required) This will be a varied, challenging and interesting position, a chance to make it your own.
Naturally, you will be a confident rapport builder. As part of your role, you will present and demonstrate software to the customer, whilst becoming an expert in your field. You will be provided with extensive training and work with an excellent, supportive team. This will be an office-based position.

What you'll need to succeed We are looking for a professional, ambitious candidate with first-class communication and customer service skills. You must have a meticulous eye for detail, be a problem-solver and have solid administration skills. Technical skills will definitely be advantageous.
