Key duties:

  • Providing quotations for customers
  • Managing contracts and renewals
  • Managing enquiries from customers
  • Act as main point of conatct for customers
  • Liaising between departments where needed
  • Handle customer aftercare and post-sales support
  • Tracking customer orders and dealing with logistics issues if needed
  • Working on an internal CRM database

  • 2+ years working in a sales administration role
