Sales Manager SAP

As a consultative Sales Manager / Big Manager, you are the linking pin between business and IT, working together with our solutions architects and different organizational entities to provide an answer to our customers on a business transformation that contains complex SAP architecture and software solutions that allow them to move to next generation SAP technology S/4, EWM/TM, SRM/Ariba and BTP.
The main responsibility of a sales manager is to create a plan, estimate and strategy for how a technology solution will be implemented to meet the desired business outcome.
The initial focus will be on the industries FMCG, Retail, Energy & Utilities and Discreet Manufacturing.

- Overall, a consultative Sales Senior Manager plays a critical role in helping organizations leverage technology to achieve their business goals and objectives focusing on the overall storyline.
- Using your industry knowledge to identify pro-actively business requirements/use cases and identifying best practice solutions/configurations that will meet those requirements.
- Confident in presenting the use case and showcasing from TOM to solution together with the solution architects
- Experience in C-level advisory and communications
- Developing detailed plans and strategies for implementing SAP technology solutions.
- Working with external and internal stakeholders to ensure that the solution meets their needs and is aligned with the organization's goals.
- Identifying potential risks and issues and developing plans to mitigate them in the proposal
- Stakeholder Management (and powermapping), create relationships with potential customers
- Develop and implement sales strategies on pending opportunities and mature the pipeline.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of SAP solutions, competitors, and industry trends.

- Completed Bachelor/Master's degree studies
- 5+ years of consultative selling experience in the technology enablement / solutions area S/4, EWM/TM, SRM/Ariba and BTP
- Proven record of sales experience for large scale SAP transformation programs
- Knowledge of digital trends and next generation technology of SAP capabilities: S/4, EWM/TM, SRM/Ariba and BTP
- A proactive communicator with excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in English language and Dutch oriented and/or willing to learn fast
