At Riverside we recruit to potential not just on skills and experience, so we encourage you to apply even if you don't meet all the essential criteria on the job description.The difference you will make as the Sale ManagerYou will manage Riverside's new homes sales programme which comprises of end-to-end process for various sales activities including 1st tranche sales, shared ownership, private sale, resales and staircasing on behalf of Riverside Home Ownership. As the Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing the London New Homes Sales Team and London Sales Processing Team, driving national sales service and ensuring annual goals are met. Additionally, you'll play a key role in contributing to the development of new products focused on low-cost home ownership and intermediate tenures.About youThis is a pivotal role within Riverside so we are looking for someone who has experience of successfully leading, managing, and motivating teams at a senior level including managing team performance to achieve targets.
