We're looking for a Sales Leader with a strategic mindset and a passion for helping clients navigate the Oracle ecosystem.
As a Sales Leader for our clients Oracle Practice, you'll hold the keys to business growth within several allocated industry segments, working to forge strategic partnerships, generate new leads, and close major deals.
Ideal Oracle Sales professionals will possess a combination of the following qualifications and expertise:
- Sales Expertise: 15+ years in industry sales, specifically with Oracle ERP package services, including Oracle EBS and Fusion ERP.
- Oracle Cloud Savvy: Proficient in selling Oracle Cloud services, from SaaS to IaaS and PaaS
- Pre-Sales Background: A strong background in working on major Oracle Pre-Sales engagements
- Industry Insight: Deep exposure across Tech, Manufacturing, Telecom, Gaming, and Health.
- Leadership: Proven ability to lead sales pursuits for large implementations and managed services.
- CXO Relationship Management: Experienced in establishing and maintaining trusted relationships at the executive level.
- Proven Track Record: Demonstrated success in delivering growth, with a focus on upselling, cross-selling, and expanding market share.
- Marketing and Pipeline Generation: Skilled in generating pipelines through strategic marketing activities and opening new accounts.
In this highly challenging and exciting role, you will:
- Growth Strategy Development: Lead and execute strategies for growing existing accounts and identifying new opportunities.
- Collaborative Pipeline Generation: Partner closely with industry leaders and client partners to build a robust sales pipeline and secure deals.
- Forge Strategic Alliances: Build strong alliances with Oracle's regional leaders and Account Executives to deepen client engagements.
- Anchor Large-Scale RFPs: Drive major ERP transformation proposals, leveraging industry expertise and customer insights to craft compelling win strategies.
- Lead Marketing Initiatives: Spearhead marketing campaigns, webinars, fireside chats, and CIO forums for targeted lead generation.
- Influence Analyst Perception: Enhance our standing in the industry by contributing to analyst ratings and relationships.
