Job Description

Permanent - Part Time- 30 hours per week over 4 days.

The position of a Part Time Sales Executive at Haverfordwest has arisen due to the launching of a new development.

At Lovell, we work with local authorities and housing authorities to create sustainable communities and leave a positive legacy wherever we work. We develop new housing, construct and refurbish people's homes and create homes for rent, shared ownership and open market sale. Lovell's expertise is creating large-scale and social renewal throughout the country.

The successful applicant must be an experienced and effective Sales Executive, with a proven track record of new homes sales and excellent customer service.

The role encompasses achieving excellent results via customer satisfaction and the 'Customer Journey'. Selling homes within an agreed budget and timescale in compliance with our Sales Policies and Procedures is a key priority.

The applicant will be experienced, self-motivated, a "people-person" who can make a positive impact and work within an established team demonstrating strong leadership and motivational skills.
