Location: Hinckley

Salary: £23,000 - £27,000 basic, with uncapped commission potential up to £40,000 per year

What You'll Do:

• Schedule sales meetings with business owners and Directors to promote our services
• Collaborate with your Business Development Manager to create new sales opportunities
• Generate leads, set appointments, and secure referrals through daily new business activity
• Meet and exceed quarterly sales targets in a dynamic and supportive culture
• Accurately build and manage your sales pipeline

What We're Looking For:

• Experience in outbound sales is preferred but not essential
• Ability to work effectively to meet KPIs
• Proactive and self-motivated approach with a passion for sales targets
• Strong organisational skills and a resilient, outgoing personality
• Professional approach with a keen business sense and entrepreneurial spirit
