The Role:

As a Sales Consultant, you'll be at the forefront of our business, building and nurturing relationships with both clients and candidates in the financial sector. You will work closely with the MD to build and establish client and candidate relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Cold calling prospective clients and candidates - you need to love being on the phone
• Actively networking in your market specialism and becoming an expert in that space
• Working with the MD on market strategies and commercial opportunities
• Provide exceptional service to both clients and candidates
• Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs

What We're Looking For:

• Proven sales experience, preferably in a B2B environment
• Experience selling to customers over the phone
• Excellent communication skills and a natural flair for conversation
• Resilience, grit, and determination to succeed in a competitive field
• Strong interest in or knowledge of the financial markets (desirable)
