About the Role

As the Sales & Membership Manager, you will be responsible for:
Leading ASV's sales strategy, driving membership growth and retention.
Managing the sales & membership team, overseeing recruitment, training, and development.
Engaging with customers, handling membership enquiries, tours, and feedback.
Ensuring an exceptional customer experience while meeting key sales targets.
Supporting marketing initiatives, including social media engagement and outreach events.
Monitoring trends and competitor analysis to maintain ASV's competitive edge.

What We're Looking For

Experience in a sales and membership role, ideally in the fitness, leisure, or hospitality sector.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
Outstanding customer service and communication skills.
Proactive and results-driven mindset.
Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
