Your new role

  • Provide essential administrative support to our sales team, ensuring smooth and efficient operations.
  • Manage customer enquiries and process orders with precision and care.
  • Maintain and update accurate records and databases.
  • Assist in preparing detailed sales reports and documentation.
  • Collaborate with various departments to ensure seamless workflow and customer satisfaction.
  • What you'll need to succeed
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in administration or sales administration.
  • Excellent IT skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to solve problems effectively.
  • Initiative and the ability to work independently.
  • Flexibility to work full-time in the office initially, with the option to work 1-2 days from home after passing probation.
