Finance and Office Administrator

Your new company
Hays are recruiting for a finance and office administrator for a busy sales team in Manchester City Centre. This is a fixed term role immediately starting for up to a year and is fully office based, with flexible start and finish times for the successful candidate.
Your new role
You will support a busy, fast-paced sales team, with full administrative and data admin duties. You will process sales invoices, credit card reconciliations, create sales invoices, you will run reports, update files, enter data, collate information, analyse data and files, raise POs, manage sales leads. You will be comfortable using various CRM systems, you will liaise internally and check any required information from team members, you will ensure full processes are followed, proofread documents and track and record the team's activities. You will research and gather information using social media platforms.
What you'll need to succeed
You will be comfortable using various IT systems, you will be happy collating large amounts of data, you will be a strong communicator, you will be organised, friendly, positive, you will be happy working at a fast pace, you will be confident in communicating your findings, you will be committed to a business which prides themselves on self-promotion and retention of staff.
