S/4 HANA Functional Consultant

Robert Half have partnered with a leading financial services firm based in London who are seeking an experienced SAP Functional Consultant to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud implementations, with expertise in Finance and Procurement. This role involves working closely with stakeholders to design, configure, and implement SAP solutions that meet business needs.

Length: 6 months

IR35: Outside IR35

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and support SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud implementations, focusing on Finance and Procurement.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into SAP solutions.
• Configure SAP Finance (FI) and Procurement (MM, Ariba, or equivalent) modules to align with business processes.
• Provide expert guidance on best practices and industry standards for SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud.
• Identify and resolve system issues, ensuring minimal business disruption.
• Work with cross-functional teams to enhance and optimise SAP system capabilities.

Key Requirements:

• Proven experience working on at least one SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud implementation.
• Strong expertise in SAP Finance (FI) and Procurement (MM, Ariba, or equivalent)
• Ability to analyse business processes and recommend SAP best practices.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with SAP Fiori and SAP Concur
