Russell Group Graduate Job Summary

• Russell Group Graduate Role
• Supporting students academically and pastorally in an Outstanding School
• Gain valuable experience to progress towards QTS and Teacher Training
• Working both on a 1:1 and small group basis to build relationships and develop communication skills
• Role starting immediately until July 2025 (opportunities to stay on after this are available)
• Full Time role Monday Friday
• £500 - £550 per week

The ideal candidate will have:

• A 2:1 or higher from a Russell Group UK University
• A solid academic record dating back to GCSE
• Prior experience working with children
• Some extra-curricular hobbies that can be integrated into school life: music, languages, sport (not essential!)
