Estate & Property Manager Oxfordshire & Gloucestershire

As the Estate & Property Manager, you'll play a key role in overseeing our diverse and impressive property portfolio made up of residential and commercial property, agricultural land, holiday lets, woodlandd, farmland and other diversifications.

You'll bemanaging tenants, ensuring compliance, and supporting exciting development projects across our Oxfordshire & Gloucestershire estates.

You'll take the lead in estate management, overseeing everything from woodland planning to leisure initiatives, while ensuring the seamless daily operation of our properties.

What You'll Be Doing

Managing tenancy agreements, leases, and licensing arrangements

Overseeing property inspections, statutory compliance & safety audits

Supporting planning applications & small-scale development projects

Helping to shape our leisure and guest experiences

Budgeting, reporting & maintaining accurate property records

Implementing best practices in sustainability & estate management

What We're Looking For

️ MRICS / FAAV qualification with 2-3 years in a similar role

️ Strong property & estate management experience

️ Excellent communication & relationship-building skills

️ A proactive and flexible approach with a keen eye for detail

️ Confidence in managing multiple projects & responsibilities

️ IT savvy - particularly with Microsoft Excel
