Job Summary:
We are now looking for several Senior RF Planners, with in-depth knowledge of:
RF planning activities for all the technologies: 4G, LTE, 5G NR and IoT.
Hands-on experience and strong knowledge of Atoll or Similar.
Knowledge of the German market and RF planning requirements in the country.
Network dimensioning to achieve service level obligations: coverage and throughput.
Design and functionality of mobile networks.
KPIs and KQIs.
General market conditions/trends in Germany and Austria concerning the mobile telecommunications industry's roll-out of radio access networks.

The Senior RF Planner will be part of the Managed Services structure, with the objective to ensure timely and successful completion of the Planning projects requested by the customer. A high volume of activities related to 4G & 5G Planning and Design is also expected.

Responsibilities:
Interface directly with the customer to support and drive planning activities.
Design and align the most efficient solutions aligned to the portfolio and business strategy.
Support different and ad-hoc demands from the customer as part of the Managed Services agreement.
Drive and support 4G/5G planning and design activities from and E2E perspective.
To scope, define and design solution offerings.
Analyze customer technology, define business requirements and participate in risk analysis.
Develop technical presentations, proposals and perform customer presentations.
Participate in knowledge transfer, documentation and information sharing.
Stay abreast of on new technology/technical areas and share information about solution to enable customer competence build

Key Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor's in engineering
Minimum years of experience: 5-8 years working with network planning, design and optimization.
Domain experience: Network Design and Planning

Additional Requirements:
 Strong technical knowledge on 4G, LTE and 5G NR
Experience from 4G, 5G planning and pre-sales from other projects.
Multivendor knowledge, with knowledge of Huawei, Nokia and Open RAN portfolio is a plus.
Proficiency with the English Language. German is a very big plus
