Are you a seasoned RF professional ready to lead and innovate in the ever-evolving telecommunications industry?
We are seeking an RF Regional Manager with expertise in Greenfield deployment projects, experience with fully virtualized 5G networks based on open Radio Access Network (RAN) technology, and proficiency in Atoll planning tools or similar RF software.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage regional RF planning and optimization activities for 4G/5G networks.
• Drive strategic initiatives in Greenfield projects, ensuring successful network design and deployment.
• Utilize Atoll or comparable RF tools to deliver accurate and efficient planning solutions.
• Leverage expertise in virtualized 5G networks and open RAN technology to achieve project objectives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet project milestones and objectives.
• Provide leadership and mentoring to junior RF engineers.

Requirements:

• Fluency in German is mandatory.
• Extensive experience in RF network planning and optimization, particularly with Greenfield deployments.
• Proven knowledge of fully virtualized 5G networks and open RAN technology.
• Proficiency in Atoll or similar RF planning tools.
• Strong understanding of 4G/5G technologies, including site configuration and performance optimization.
• Exceptional leadership and communication skills.
