Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced RF Front End Design Expert for one of global leading Smart Devices and Network OEM. The position is available at our client's research centre, where they lead in high-efficiency wideband power amplifier and IC design for FEMs/mobile and terminal applications.

About the role:

As an RF Front End Design Expert, you will drive ground-breaking research in high-efficiency power amplifier architecture and integrated circuit design. Collaborate closely with stakeholders to define cutting-edge system and product requirements, elevating our position in mobile technology. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work on high-efficiency, wideband RF power amplifiers using advanced III-V process technology.

Responsibilities:

  • Contribute to the design and development of RF power amplifiers for mobile and terminal applications.
  • Lead circuit simulation analysis and provide technical support to fellow team members.
  • Design RF power amplifiers with a focus on high-efficiency, wideband, and load-insensitive topologies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate RF amplifiers into complex RF Front End modules.

What you should have:

  • Minimum 8 years of experience in RF power amplifier design, preferably in research or product development environments.
  • Proven expertise in RF power amplifier design using III-V process technology.
  • Proficient in circuit design tools, including ADS and AWR.
  • Strong knowledge of PA topologies, particularly for high-efficiency, wideband, and load-insensitive designs.
  • Excellent team player with a demonstrated ability to support others in circuit simulation and technical problem-solving.
