Role Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Retrofit Assessor to join our team. In this field-based role, you will be responsible for assessing properties, identifying energy efficiency improvements, and ensuring compliance with relevant standards and regulations.
Key Responsibilities:

Conduct and deliver comprehensive Energy Performance Certificates, Retrofit Assessments and other technical assessments

Identify and recommend energy efficiency improvements and retrofitting solutions.

Prepare detailed reports and documentation for each assessment, including photographic documentation

Collaborate with project managers, contractors, and other stakeholders to implement retrofit measures.

Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.

Providing expert advice and support to residents, resolving any issues that arise during a visit and providing a good level of customer service

Requirements:

DEA accreditation and at least 3 years' DEA experience

Retrofit assessor level 3 or 4 with proven experience as a Retrofit Assessor

Asbestos Awareness

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

The ability to work independently and manage a field-based workload.

Full and valid UK driving licence.
