Resident Estate Property Manager - 7000 Acres, Norfolk

Required for a commercially focussed, private estate in Norfolk. The position will have responsibility for all property management (reporting to the Farms & Estate Director and the Board) on a large arable farming business with a significant let residential property portfolio (with properties both on and off the Estate). The properties are maintained using both external contractors and an in-house maintenance resource.

Applicants should have a relevant qualification and experience as a Rural Chartered Surveyor, or in Estate Property Management with a proven track record in actively managing a rural property portfolio, building project management, development of diversified land and property-based income streams, be a competent manager and be familiar with balancing private owner's and commercial return and value growth objectives.

The position would suit individuals who have a minimum of 5-7 years' experience post-qualification and will attract a competitive salary, benefits and a vehicle, and the selected candidate will occupy a farmhouse on the Estate at a subsidised rent.
