This is a *Amsterdam* based role with an excellent immediate start within a Global Technology Client that is working on *market research projects by organizing logistics, maintaining data files, and ensuring smooth operations*.

About the Role:
Our client is looking for a Research Coordinator to recruit and schedule participants (accommodation partners) for research sessions. You'll support market research projects by organizing logistics, maintaining data files, and ensuring smooth operations. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a customer-focused approach.

Key Responsibilities:

• Recruit and schedule participants for interviews and focus groups.
• Communicate professionally with partners via phone and email.
• Manage schedules, data files, and process incentive payouts.
• Report partner feedback and share best practices with the team.
• Ensure compliance with recruitment standards and improve efficiency.

Requirements:

• 1-3 years of experience in call center, customer service, or research recruitment.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Excel and fluency in English (Spanish is a plus).
• Ability to handle challenging conversations and work under pressure.
