Reprographics Coordinator

Salary: £23,000 - £25,000 per annum

Location: Northampton

Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday - Friday 8AM - 4PM

Start date - ASAP

Our client who is within the Education sector is seeking to appoint a Reprographics Coordinator.

This role is responsible for the day to day running of our reprographics services in a professional and time sensitive manner. You will also support staff by making recommendations about print and design options, offering best practice advice from a cost

perspective and in line with our environmental policies and take ownership for troubleshooting errors, fixing routine issues and supporting with planned maintenance and machine repairs.

The successful candidate needs to have excellent IT skills, be tech savvy and have the ability to work confidently with the necessary reprographics equipment. You will have excellent communication skills, work well under pressure and enjoy all aspects of organisational and administrative work and be flexible and reliable. On the job training and a period of job-shadowing will form part of the induction process.

The post will be subject to an enhanced DBS Disclosure.
