Our client, based inSheffield, require a repairs co-ordinator for £14.32 per hour PAYEpremium (£12.78 basic) or £16.80 per hour Umbrella.
This is an ongoingoffice based temporary placement, ASAP start.

Your new role
You will work onvarious projects dealing with issues/complaints from residents, schedulingworks to be completed. You will coordinate social housing maintenance byliaising with tenants and maintenance staff/contractors. Your role is key toensuring the overall quality of life of residents, as well as the aesthetics ofthe properties, compiling/filling in spreadsheets to track progress.

This role is due tobegin immediately with 37 hours a week. Monday to Friday between 8:30am-4:30pm.

Previous experienceworking in a social housing/maintenance/scheduling environment
Good customer service& admin skills
