Hazelwell Care Home in the Wirral is offering an exceptional opportunity for a Bank Registered Nurse to join our high-performing, award-winning team. We are known for our commitment to clinical excellence and compassionate care.

Our 55-bed, all-inclusive care home provides outstanding Nursing, Residential, Dementia, and Respite care. With a Good CQC rating and a 9.5 rating on Carehome, we are proud of the vibrant, person-centred community we've built, where both residents and staff thrive.

What We Offer

  • £21.37 per hour
  • Flexible Bank shifts: 8:00 AM - 8:15 PM or 8:00 PM - 8:15 AM
  • Paid breaks, handover, and NMC membership

What We're Looking For

  • Registered General or Mental Health Nurse (RGN or RMN) with an active NMC PIN
  • A passion for person-centred care
  • Ability to lead a team, motivate colleagues, and provide clinical guidance
  • Strong communication skills to build relationships with residents, families, and staff
  • A commitment to high standards of care and professionalism
