Total package: Upto £63,102 ( 7 bed children's home) PLUS 10% annualbonus PLUS 30% bonus accrued eachyear

As a Registered Manager you will make sure that the homeenvironment can support this by ensuring both your staff and theyoung people feel secure, safe and motivated.   • Salary:Base salary of 6-7 bed - £49,836 -£61,702
  • Bonuses:Bonus of 10% of salary reviewed annually, £2,500 on call bonus(approx. 10
    weekends per year) and Attendance allowance£1,400
  • You also receivea long-term incentive plan - a bonusof 30% of salary accrued each year and paid as a future lumpsum
  • Training:A full 4-week induction on our CareAcademy
