As a Registered Manager you will make sure that the homeenvironment can support this by ensuring both your staff and theyoung people feel secure, safe and motivated. Our homes accommodateyoung people with social, emotional and mental health needs, andour aim is to create the best possible outcome for the young peoplein our care. • Salary:Base salary of 6-7 bed - £49,836 -£61,702
• Bonuses:Bonus of 10% of salary reviewed annually, £2,500 on call bonus(approx. 10
  weekends per year) and Attendance allowance£1,400
• You also receivea long-term incentive plan - a bonusof 30% of salary accrued each year and paid as a future lumpsum
• Training:A full 4-week induction on our CareAcademy
