The Opportunity:

Reporting directly to the Recruitment Marketing & Employer Brand Manager, you will:
  • Collaborate with internal partners and external vendors to develop and execute strategic talent attraction programs.
  • Plan regional talent attraction campaigns, crafting compelling proposals for hiring managers and securing their approval before launching impactful lead generation initiatives.
  • Create effective marketing collateral and develop inspiring content that showcases our unique opportunities and employer brand.
  • Support other recruitment marketing efforts as required, driving Avantor's employer brand to new heights.

How you will thrive and create an impact:
  • Develop marketing collateral and create authentic digital content.
  • Support hiring ramp-up projects by planning and executing advertising campaigns across online and offline channels.
  • Provide creative solutions to achieve hiring objectives.
  • Support TA's internal enablement system and fulfill tactical requests.
  • Support maintenance of Avantor's employer review sites and other digital real estate.
  • Support TA's employee advocacy initiatives.
  • Share recruitment marketing best practices with TA partners through online training and lunch-and-learn sessions.
  • Stay up to date on advertising tactics, social media tools, digital marketing, and recruitment marketing products and platforms.
  • Provide strategy and project support as needed for daily operations.

Aufgaben What we're looking for:
Education: Bachelor's degree in communications, advertising, marketing, or a related field is required or 5 years of directly related work experience.
Experience: Minimum of 3 years in a marketing/creative role supporting advertising campaigns and social media content development.
Certifications: Google Analytics Individual Qualification is required
Preferred qualifications include:
  • Recruitment marketing experience supporting a global organization.
  • Familiarity with global ad networks such as AdSense and Nexus Ads.
  • Familiarity with any email marketing tools like HubSpot.
  • Proficiency in SMMS software (i.e., Sprout Social, Hootsuite, etc.).
  • Familiarity with employee advocacy tools (i.e., Bambu, GaggleAMP, Amplify).
  • Familiarity with content management systems (i.e. Phenom).

Profil Skills and proficiencies:
  • Strong understanding of digital and non-digital marketing strategies, best practices, and channels (print, website, social media, etc.).
  • Experience with paid social media advertising platforms like LinkedIn, Facebook Business Manager, Instagram, and X.
  • Knowledge of advertising campaign best practices, metrics, processes, and audience-level concepts.
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics, managing Google Display ads, Paid Search, UTM tag strategies, and other GA functionalities.
  • Familiarity with geofencing and general prospecting tools.
  • Experience using Adobe Creative Cloud.
  • Creative content development skills in text, image, and video formats.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills to engage in strategic and tactical conversations with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Active listening skills to ensure understanding of customer objectives.
