Part Time Temporary Opportunity

Are you a people person? Do you have experience of reception and being the "face" of the company for visitors? Do you want to work part-time hours ? If so, this may be the opportunity you have been waiting for.

Our client is seeking a part-time receptionist to carry out the following duties:

• Meeting and greeting visitors
• Booking meeting rooms
• Keeping the reception area and meeting rooms clean and tidy
• Taking inbound calls and transferring as appropriate
• Ordering and keeping stationery levels as required
• Dealing with the post
• Recording holiday
• General administration including helping with mail outs for internal departments

Hours: Training: Thursday 10th & Friday 11th October - 8 am - 6 pm

W/C 14th October:

Mornings: - 8 am - 1 pm (expect Wednesday 16th October when required 1 pm - 6 pm)

W/C 21st October: -

Afternoons:- 1 pm - 6 pm. 22.5 per week
