Your new role
Your duties in this role will include:

Providing excellent customer service

Adhering to our policies and procedures

Processing payments

Ensuring a smooth and easy stay for all guests

Providing accurate feedback from guests to management

Using up-selling techniques to promote services and facilities

Various ad-hoc responsibilities

What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this position you will have:

Previous experience in a similar position

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Strong problem-solving skills

Motivation to ensure the best service possible is provided to all customers
