Your new company
Professional services company based in the heart of Manchester city centre. They are seeing continued growth and success in their industry and, as such, are looking for a professional receptionist to join their company.
Your new role

  • A professional services company based in Manchester city centre are recruiting a full-time receptionist.
  • Ensuring professional and welcoming reception service for clients and employees
  • Ensuring the reception area is always well maintained and rooms are ready for clients
  • Answering calls and directing to the appropriate person, ensuring all messages are taken down accurately
  • Handling meeting room bookings and ensuring catering and conference call requirements are provided
  • Additional general administration duties for the building
What you'll need to succeed
  • It is essential you have reception experience in a professional services company.
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Customer service focused
  • Confident in MS Office packages
  • Experience of working with minimal supervision
  • Proven experience of adapting to changing demands
  • Excellent attention to detail
