Job Description
Front of House Executive - Permanent - Interior Design Maintain immaculate front-of-house areas and uphold studio standards. Answer, screen, and direct calls; take and relay messages. Manage diary, meeting rooms, and catering arrangements. Set up meeting spaces and provide technical support. Greet clients, announce arrivals, escort them to meeting rooms, and provide refreshments. Monitor staff movements and manage premises access. Ensure meeting room equipment is in good working order. Manage stock levels, order supplies, and track receipts. Liaise with clients and suppliers via email, phone, and in person. Organise transport for employees and couriers. Receive, sort, and distribute mail and parcels. Support Operations team with admin duties, Health and Safety, and project management. Update and improve operational systems and ensure smooth office operations.

Your new role
What you'll need to succeed
- Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Familiarity with the use of office equipment.
- Experience in a corporate office, in an administrative, reception or similar capacity OR
- Experience as a receptionist at a high-end hotel or restaurant.
- Hospitality exposure is a benefit.
- The ability to work to a high standard, at all times, as well as under pressure.
