Full-time, short term, temporary, receptionist, fully office-based

Your new company
A construction and infrastructure company based in Maidenhead is looking for a receptionist to join the company on a short-term basis. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Your new role
You will be required to take inbound telephone calls and transfer to relevant departments and team members within the business. You will be greeting and handling visitor enquiries, issuing visitor badges and showing them where they need to go / who they are meeting with. You will be booking meeting rooms and maintaining a tidy front of house and kitchen area, ensuring any issues are reported to the facilities teams. You will be responsible for sending out weekly spreadsheets as well as handling post, scanning documents and uploading / inputting data. You will also be responsible for booking taxis for employees and visitors.

What you'll need to succeed
You will have previous receptionist / administrative experience and be able to quickly and efficiently learn new skills and systems. You will have excellent written and verbal communication skills, organisational and attention to detail. You will have strong knowledge and experience using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams) and have an excellent ability to work under pressure.

What you'll get in return
The role is paying £13 -£15 per hour depending on experience, this is a short-term temporary role. You will work 8am-5pm with a 1-hour lunch break.
