Your incredible new role
We're proud to offer this incredible opportunity for an established Quantity Surveyor/Estimator to join our client based in Leicester. Within your role, you will be involved in producing land appraisals and in pricing a range of housing developments varying in complexity, including retirement villages. The candidate will be capable of working on their own initiative and closely with the land team and will be involved in maintaining a competitive cost database with ultimate responsibility to the Commercial Director.

What you'll need to succeed

• Worked within the housing sector
• An interest in Pre-construction
• Experience/Knowledge of Estimator duties
• Willingness to learn
• Knowledge of MS packages
• Preferrable knowledge of ConQuest
• BOQ production
