Quality Director

We here at WNTD have an exciting opportunity for multiple Quality Directors to join projects we currently have live contracts for across Europe. (Norway, Sweden & Germany)

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the quality assurance and quality control teams.
• Work closely with senior leadership to define and prioritize quality objectives.
• Oversee the development, implementation, and monitoring of the quality management system (QMS).
• Develop and oversee quality control and assurance programs across production or service delivery.
• Conduct performance evaluations and provide continuous feedback for team development.
• Report regularly on quality performance, improvement initiatives, and compliance issues to senior management.
• Prepare and present quality reports, audits, and assessments to regulatory bodies and stakeholders.

Required Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality Management, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in quality management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Proven track record of managing quality control, quality assurance, and continuous improvement efforts.
• Experience in regulatory compliance, audits, and industry certifications (eg, ISO, FDA, GMP).
• Strong leadership and team management skills.

Due to the urgency of these projects we are only focusing on candidates who have the RTW within the EU or hold an EU passport.
