Position: Quality Assurance Team Leader

Location: Germany, Braunschweig, on-site 5 days

Our client, a leading European distributor of electronic accessories, serves the automotive, industrial, and retail sectors, offering an extensive retail catalog and tailored solutions for industrial clients. As a tier 1 supplies to automotive OEMs, they are committed to delivering high-quality products while ensuring strict compliance with regulatory standards. This role involves working closely with evolving European regulations and develop innovative solutions to address industry challenges.

Role Responsibilities:

• Assess the product portfolio to ensure alignment with relevant guidelines and standards
• Develop and integrate requirements from applicable standards into internal processes, while managing and maintaining the database
• Prepare and sign CE declarations of conformity, and oversee conformity assessment procedures in line with EU directives
• Maintain and improve the quality management system by following ISO 9001:2015 certification and IATF 16949

What are we looking for?

• Skilled in implementing relevant approvals, regulations, and standards such as CE, EMC, and ERP
• Comprehensive understanding of ISO, IATF and have certification as an auditor or quality management representative
• Exceptional ability to prioritise tasks, stay organised, and manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously
• Strong technical background with experience in electronic accessories, ideally within the automotive supply industry
