Pay rate: £31.56 p/h inside IR35.

location: Broughton, UK

Role Type: Contract till 31/12/2025 with extension

IO Associates seeks a Quality Conformance Engineer for the Broughton site. Join a global aerospace leader specializing in commercial and military aircraft, helicopters, defense, and space sectors. This role offers a chance to contribute to innovative projects within a dynamic team shaping the future of aviation and space systems.

Responsibilities

• Implement APQP and Quality Standards, ensuring adherence to ISO 9001 and structured product development processes.
• Facilitate FMEA across Design, Process, and Machine domains, supporting teams in identifying and mitigating potential failure modes.
• Develop and update Control Plans to reflect process modifications, ensuring quality maintenance throughout production.
• Lead Cost of Non-Quality forecasting, execute Production Process Verification, and provide lineside support during Start of Production phases to ensure smooth manufacturing and reduce non-quality costs.

PS: The successful candidate will need to have active or transferrable UK SC Security Clearance to undertake the role.
