Quality Assurance Manager - FRA Audits London, N22 £40,348 - £42,472 per year plus Company car 35 hours per week We have an opportunity for a Quality Assurance Manager - FRA Audits to join our Fire and Security Operations team, based in London. This sits under the Operations Manager for the Fire Risk Assessment Delivery team as a part of a team of 5 Project Managers. The role of Quality Assurance Manager - FRA Audits will include:
  • Quality verifying high risk FRAs from a desktop point of view
  • Giving feedback to assessors and their line management on the FRA findings
  • Plan, manage and implement audit review programmes, to assess Compliance performance against regulatory and service delivery requirements
  • Ensure managers and staff are provided with clear and accurate assessments of their compliance status and actions required
  • Lead on the Quality Assurance issue investigations in relation to Fire Risk Assessments to assess Compliance impact, root cause and resolution
Skills and experiences:
  • Degree, management qualification or relevant professional qualification
  • Fire Risk Assessment Qualification Level 4
  • Experience of auditing would be advantageous
  • Proven experience in a similar role
  • Comprehensive knowledge of current FRA regulation and good practice principles
  • This role will involve driving on company business. In order to drive a company vehicle, drivers must hold a full valid UK driving licence
