Job Description
Supply Teacher - Stafford - £110 / £130 per day Position: Qualified Teacher Location: Stafford Salary: Minimum of £83.33 per day Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:30 - 15:30 Contract: Temporary agency supply via Hays
Responsibilities:
Deliver engaging and differentiated lessons to meet the diverse needs of SEN students. Create a positive learning environment that encourages student participation and inclusion. Develop and implement individualised education plans (IEPs) in collaboration with SEN coordinators. Assess student progress and adapt teaching methods to suit individual learning styles. Work closely with teaching assistants and other staff to ensure the best outcomes for students.
Requirements:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent. Experience in teaching SEN children is highly advantageous. Strong understanding of SEN strategies and frameworks. Commitment to ongoing professional development in the field of special education. Empathy, patience, and strong communication skills.
