Randstad are recruiting for a Qualified Social Worker to join Blackburn and Darwen Council's Safeguarding and Support Team. This is a full time role offering £39 per hour.

Responsibilities:

• Specifically carrying out parenting assessments within pre-proceedings work.
• Care proceedings work.
• Work with Child Protection and CIN cases.
• Court work.
• Report writing.
• Undertake duty and home visits
• Manage a caseload.

Requirements:

• Social Work Degree or equivalent
• Current registration with Social Work England
• Enhanced DBS

• Children
