Job Description
Temporary Purchase Ledger Clerk Job, Liverpool, 3 Months

Your new role
1. Maintains the Supplier Accounts information and adds / deletes new accounts as required.
2. Processes company new Supplier Request forms with HODS for all new supplier requests
3. Receives all invoices, and processes in accordance with agreed policy and procedures. Date stamp Nominal ledger coding relevant to goods purchased Attached back up (Delivery Note/ Job Sheet/ Quotes/ Contract) Batch Invoices and review accordingly to be processed electronically to Sage. Reviewed and authorisation for payment by HOD, A/P initial confirmed all controls cross checked.

4. Post all invoices, credit notes and expense reports electronically into Sage.
5. Completes full Supplier Statement Reconciliation each month and maintains an alphabetical file with the two most recent statements for each supplier, showing full reconciliation or queries.
