Purchase Ledger job, outskirts of Bath with parking

Your new company
A well known organisation in Bath are seeking an Accounts Payable Assistant to join their team.

Your new role
Duties will include:

  • Daily processing of invoices
  • Accurately posting invoices, staff expenses and payments
  • Weekly payment runs via BACs
  • Preparing international payment documents
  • Issuing petty cash to staff
  • Reconciling supplier statements
  • Resolving supplier queries
  • Assisting with audits

What you'll need to succeed
The successful candidate will have proven experience in a similar role. You will have excellent attention to detail, able to communicate with internal stakeholders and able to work well as part of a team.
