• Working 1:1 and with small groups across a range of subjects
• Assisting with behaviour management and fostering emotional development
• Collaborating with the SEN team to implement tailored learning strategies

Essential Requirements:

• 1:1 or 2:1 degree in Psychology from a leading UK university
• Previous child-based experience is essential
• Confident, proactive, and enthusiastic about working with SEN students
• Experience in managing behaviour and promoting student engagement
