PRS officer required - Part time - temporary

Your new company
A temporary opportunity has arisen within a Northwest Housing Association as a PRS officer (private rental sector). This role is temporary until the end of February, supporting the PRS manager.

Your new role
This role is a job share and will be on a part-time basis. The hours required are Monday 7 hours, Tuesday 7 hours and Wednesday 3.5 hours. They can be flexible with the start time if the successful candidate is required to do school runs etc.

You will cover the Manchester and Bolton areas, and it is a hybrid role. You will likely spend 50% of your time on site at properties meeting with tenants. The other time, you will either work from home or the office.

What you'll need to succeed
Social housing experience isn't essential, but you will require previous experience of the lettings process, and you will have a strong customer service background with excellent communication skills. ICT knowledge and experience of Microsoft Office is essential. You are required to hold a minimum of grade c or above GCSE or equivalent to be considered for this role.
