Property Viewing Assistant Flexible Part-Time Role with Leading London Lettings Agency

A unique and rare opportunity has become available in one of London's fastest growing flatshare estate agencies. Billboards UK are market leaders in the flatshare market and We are now looking for a Saturday lettings negotiator to join our successful team.

This opportunity for a Viewing Executive comes with full training and a clear career path to the top. The role will involve attending properties to show prospective tenants our properties. We enjoy our work and like to celebrate our wins so we organise regular company events.

This role is truly one of a kind as the viewing executive will not have to book in their own viewings as our administration team will handle all of this. The role also comes with an opportunity for the candidate to build their own flat share (rent-to-rent) property portfolio which will continue to pay them on a monthly basis, long after they have agreed the deal.

The Role

• Attending viewings to show potential tenants
• Attending viewings for potential new properties

Working Hours

(Below hours can be flexible)

• Friday: 15:00 - 18:00
• Saturday: 11:00 - 16:00
• Sunday: 11:00 - 15:00

Requirements

• Able to travel throughout London (North, East, South and West)
• Ideally should have a full UK driving licence
• Professional and well-presented to represent company at all times

Package

• £11.5 per hour
• £100 per rented rooms
• Monthly target/average 15 rooms rented
