The Client Services Project Manager II is responsible for the efficient handling of all technical aspects related to Molecular Diagnostics and other business custom&OEM projects specifically focused to Stock Keeping Unit (SKU) management and commercial proposals for business customers management.
Job description:
Work with customers and sales representatives to understand commercial customers needs and serve as the internal link within the company to fulfill agreed customers requirements at a consistently high standard.
Prepare commercial proposals for customers by evaluating terms and conditions and using Client Services Project Managers/Product Managers provided pricing.
Consolidate product specifications, initiate and coordinate custom and OEM Stock Keeping Unit (SKU) creation processes in ERP systems.
Work closely with the Client Services Project Managers, Product Managers, manufacturing, quality, customer service, R&D, business leads to ensure that custom&OEM SKUs and commercial proposals management goals would be met effectively and timely.
Initiate the process of set up and sending customized product samples to customers for products testing.
Responsible for the transfer process of the business transaction terms to the ERP systems.
Keys to Success
Education
Bachelor's degree in Life Science field required.
One year practice in Science Industry and/or Project Management field.
Experience working with ERP systems (e.g., Enterprise One, Oracle, Salesforce) is an advantage.
Experience in project management is an advantage.
Commercial work experience in the life sciences (e.g., sales, customer service, technical sales support) is an advantage.
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities
Excellent knowledge of Lithuanian and English (written and oral).
Digital literacy (MS Office).
Excellent communication skills.
Technical knowledge of molecular biology, biochemistry or other related fields.
Knowledge of documentation principles.

Compensation
The monthly salary range estimated for this position based in Lithuania is €1 983,33-€2 970,83.Thermo Fisher Scientific
