Job Description

The KBB - Kulturveranstaltungen des Bundes in Berlin GmbH - forms the common foundation for four cultural institutions that provide impetus: the Berlin International Film Festival, the Haus der Kulturen der Welt and the Berliner Festspiele with the Festspielhaus and its exhibition venue, the Gropius Bau.

The Haus der Kulturen der Welt (HKW) is a cosmopolitan venue for contemporary arts and at the same time a forum for current developments and discussions.

HKW is looking for an independent and reliable person to start as soon as possible for a fixed-term period of nine months as Project Manager DAM System Introduction (f/m/d)

Your tasks - Shape, contribute and participate.
  • Conception and coordination of the implementation process of a new DAM software across KBB
  • Developing and implementing user-friendly workflows
  • Planning, preparing, setting up and configuring the new digital asset management software according to HKW's needs
  • Functional testing and quality management of the applications to be developed
  • Developing and implementing user-friendly workflows
Our requirements - what you need.
  • Completed university degree (at least university of applied sciences) or equivalent knowledge, skills and experience
  • Independent and precise way of working
  • Professional experience with comparable tasks such as rolling out new IT systems and software within an organization, ideally experience with DAM tools
  • Communication, organizational and teamwork skills
  • Language skills according to CEFR in German (B2) and English (B2) according to CEFR
