Project Coordinator/Project Support
Rate: £200 - £250 per day OUTSIDE IR35
Location: Coventry
Contract Length: 6 months (extension likely)
Working Model: Initially 3 days a week in the office
My client is embarking on a full new network infrastructure replacement and with varying branch and office sizes, a set approach will be taken to hardware deployment and configurations.
To achieve this my client is enlisting a number of 3rd party suppliers as key dependencies to fulfil this work.
Role
The Project Coordinator will be required to update, track, report and escalate all activities associated with multiple parties who will be supporting the full end to end delivery.
A project coordinator should ensure the successful implementation through the timely delivery of all activities and coordination between various parties. They will report to the Technical Delivery Manager.
Duties
Play a crucial role in ensuring the work is effectively managed throughout the project life cycle, acting as a key point of contact for the project team, stakeholders, and external vendors.
Complete the delivery of the Network Optimization Project rollout:
Single point of contact for the chosen vendor to liaise with.
Co-ordinate any 3rd party partners involved in the survey and implementation plan at branches.
Liaise, co-ordinate and communicate implementation plan with change management team.
Provide weekly status reporting to Technical Delivery Manager.
Set up as required a "Virtual Control Centre" or equivalent to manage progress of implementation plan progress.
Update Master Schedule Tracker through system called AirTable (training and access to be provided).
Track and pursue through online portals ISP orders placed and update Master Tracker accordingly flagging any risks and issues to the wider team if impact to schedules.
Support the rollout plan and gain any agreements with key internal stakeholders for variations.
Own implementation plan/master schedule on behalf of the customer.
Manage risk and issues log.
