Job Description
Project Coordinator Serve as the primary day-to-dayproject lead, ensuring all process steps are completed promptly and paperworkis submitted correctly as needed.
Manage relationships bycommunicating and coordinating with key stakeholders, using Teams, email, andcalls as appropriate.
Assist stakeholders in accessingnecessary resources, such as training materials, supplier contacts, andinternal contacts, as required.
Organise, track, and maintaindocuments, smart sheets, and Excel databases throughout the project.
Provide regular updates onproject progress, highlighting potential risks and opportunities.
Assist with the logistics, setup,and management of calls and in-person meetings.
Gather feedback from keystakeholders to ensure continuous process improvement.
What you'll need to succeed
Inorder to succeed in this role you will need to have proven relevant experience.You will need to have good knowledge of MS office, primarily Word, Power Pointand Excel. You need to have excellent communication skills, and have theability to match your communication style to the specifics of the situation andaudience. You need to apply soundjudgement in responding to circumstances, always keeping discretion in mind. Ifyou are a self starter who can work independently and as part of a team thisrole would be an ideal fit for you. You need to be able to work under pressureand to deadlines, managing multiple responsibilities with unwavering attentionto detail.
